About the role

  • Junior HR Analyst supporting structured growth in a law firm. Ensuring organized processes and clear communication within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Support and conduct operational and administrative recruitment processes.
  • Screen resumes, perform candidate sourcing (headhunting), schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and administer tests when required.
  • Organize the vacancy pipeline, maintain controls, and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Request and verify pre-employment documents.
  • Assist with data entry in systems and monitor deadlines.
  • Support document organization and operational offboarding processes.
  • Assist in preparing materials, schedules, and onboarding logistics.
  • Operational benefits administration (enrollments, removals, and inquiries).
  • Send payroll information and assist with basic payroll verifications.
  • Update spreadsheets, reports, and departmental controls.
  • Organize physical and digital documents.
  • Support internal communications and events.
  • Provide general administrative support for the team and the partners.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operational or generalist HR routines (internship, assistant, or support roles).
  • Basic knowledge of employment law.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Organized, deadline-oriented, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion, professional demeanor, and careful handling of confidential information.
  • Energetic, agile, resilient, and with a strong sense of ownership.
