You will take on exciting tasks in Learning & Development and help plan and implement training seminars for our employees and managers
You can take ownership of small projects and put your ideas directly into practice
You will work with us to make the company's digital HR processes even more efficient and more modern
Requirements
You are studying in a field related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience through internships in the HR area
You are proficient with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
You work carefully, learn quickly, and keep a clear overview of complex issues
You are open, communicative, committed, and enjoy contributing within a team
