About the role

  • HR Intern supporting administrative and development tasks at Paulaner Brewery in Munich. Involving in learning and development seminars and digital HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • You will support us with administrative tasks across the entire HR portfolio
  • You will take on exciting tasks in Learning & Development and help plan and implement training seminars for our employees and managers
  • You can take ownership of small projects and put your ideas directly into practice
  • You will work with us to make the company's digital HR processes even more efficient and more modern

Requirements

  • You are studying in a field related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline
  • Ideally, you have already gained initial experience through internships in the HR area
  • You are proficient with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • You work carefully, learn quickly, and keep a clear overview of complex issues
  • You are open, communicative, committed, and enjoy contributing within a team
