About the role

  • HR Business Partner managing HR processes and supporting managers in an international school. Collaborating with employees and assisting in individual performance and development.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact, close to the field and teams
  • Provide support in managing complex individual situations (performance, conflicts, absenteeism, etc.)
  • Support managers in change management and transformation projects
  • Implement and monitor HR processes within your portfolio

Requirements

  • Higher education in Human Resources, ideally with a Swiss specialization
  • Federal HR Diploma (Brevet Fédéral) is a major asset
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist within a complex environment
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and social insurance regulations
