Responsibilities
Reporting directly to President, the HR Leader is responsible for serving as the strategic HR business partner to the OpCo’s leadership team, driving talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Champion the Veralto Enterprise System while building a highly motivated, productive workforce that drives OpCo’s continued growth and innovation.
Develop and deploy regional or functional strategies for the respective areas in support of Veralto’s and OpCo’s strategic goals.
Provide leadership on people related solutions, including organization design and assessment, talent planning, associate engagement/retention, Inclusion, and culture.
Identify and address business challenges by going to GEMBA, and leading and coaching leaders in the problem solving process (PSP) and functional Kaizen.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
7-10 years of HR experience preferably in diverse industries (tech, healthcare, and manufacturing).
Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers on a range of HR-related matters, including talent development, succession planning, and performance related discussions.
Act as a change agent to drive organizational transformation and culture change initiatives to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and innovative work environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry networks to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR and contribute to the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Partner with the HR team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services, programs, and policies ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Fluent in English and Dutch is a must any other language is a plus.
