Responsibilities
Drive the strategic roadmap for Service Operations within the Client Success Organization (CSO)
Partner with teams to deliver innovative tools, processes, and systems
Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance systems/processes
Develop business cases and implementation plans
Champion change management and adoption strategies
Improve operational excellence while mentoring a team
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent in relevant field (IT, Engineering etc.)
7+ years experience in project management
7-10 years managing major technology projects (a plus)
Experience with Salesforce, Gainsights/Churnzero, PowerBI
Strong understanding of AI and large language models (LLMs)
Experience designing user experiences (UX)
Understanding of agile scrum and iterative design/development process
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong understanding of business and technology challenges
Skilled in business negotiation and change management.
