About the role

  • HR Assistant managing benefits and payroll processing for hundreds of users in major companies. Some tasks include employee support and point management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage benefits controls and purchases (VA/VR/VT)
  • Provide employee support
  • Process payroll
  • Manage timekeeping/attendance
  • Experience with hiring/onboarding processes
  • Perform termination/severance calculations

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Proactive
  • Punctual
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Advantage: Experience with the Senior system
