About the role

  • Business Development Representative driving high-quality pipeline growth through inbound and outbound efforts at Genesys. Collaborating with Account Executives to create strategic opportunities while leveraging customer insights.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong rapport with prospects
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Conduct targeted outreach using intent data
  • Partner on account planning with Account Executives
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries
  • Maintain Salesforce and lead management platforms
  • Leverage social media for prospecting
  • Monitor and analyze outreach performance metrics

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in French (written and verbal)
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B technology sales
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Must be fluent in French and English, written and spoken
  • Proactive in uncovering prospect pain points
  • Familiarity with advanced prospecting tools (e.g., 6Sense)
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce) and digital collaboration tools
