Business Developer role focusing on B2B in Spain, integrating partners, and lead generation. Involved in sales strategies and outreach within an international team setting.
Responsibilities
Prospecting & lead generation: Contact real estate agencies via qualified cold calls
Present the papernest offering with professionalism and persuasion
Assist with onboarding new partner agencies
Participate in product demos and remote training sessions
Ensure the partnership launch
Ensure a smooth onboarding for the agency's first users
Handover ongoing follow-up of the real estate agency to the Customer Success Specialist team once activated
Requirements
You are studying in a business program or equivalent
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in Sales
You are persuasive and want to develop your negotiation skills
You are ambitious, results-oriented and eager to challenge yourself
Cold calling does not scare you
You speak French fluently, both spoken and written (English is a plus).
