About the role

  • Business Developer role focusing on B2B in Spain, integrating partners, and lead generation. Involved in sales strategies and outreach within an international team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & lead generation: Contact real estate agencies via qualified cold calls
  • Present the papernest offering with professionalism and persuasion
  • Assist with onboarding new partner agencies
  • Participate in product demos and remote training sessions
  • Ensure the partnership launch
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding for the agency's first users
  • Handover ongoing follow-up of the real estate agency to the Customer Success Specialist team once activated

Requirements

  • You are studying in a business program or equivalent
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in Sales
  • You are persuasive and want to develop your negotiation skills
  • You are ambitious, results-oriented and eager to challenge yourself
  • Cold calling does not scare you
  • You speak French fluently, both spoken and written (English is a plus).
