Product CRM Specialist organizing campaigns and supporting marketing efforts at a leading energy company in Greece. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Plan and organize product campaigns in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
Monitor campaign execution, analyze results and provide insights for improvement.
Develop targeted CRM offers based on customer insights and segmentation.
Recommend campaign management optimizations to maximize CRM opportunities.
Support customer base analysis to enhance targeting and identify growth opportunities.
Plan and implement product launch strategies, including marketing campaigns, sales training, and customer support.
Requirements
At least three years in a similar role; prior experience in the energy sector will be considered as a strong plus.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
Experience in customer segmentation & product propositions based on data insights.
Acquainted in collaborating with Marketing teams for ATL campaigns and communications.
Comfortable in handling databases and spreadsheets, such as MS Office Excel.
Tech-savvy; able to translate processes into effective IT workflows.
Experienced in writing business requirements and monitoring the roll-out of product marketing processes in collaboration with the IT team.
Strong analytical and numerical skills; focus on drawing data-driven, business-oriented insights.
Very Good command of English language.
