Responsibilities
develop and provide best in class HR solutions, tools and consultation to help our teams achieve business goals and positively impact the employee experience
coach, mentor and manage regional HR Generalists as it relates to HR matters as needed
serve as a point of contact for employees and leaders in the organization
lead efforts to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
collaborate with Talent Acquisition and regional leaders to deliver effective recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
proactively design and implement systems and programs that improve processes
oversee investigations of employee concerns
consult on budget and strategy with the Director of People Services
contribute to special projects that advance departmental goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred
8+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in HR leadership
Strong knowledge of HRIS (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office
Expertise in federal and state labor laws and employee relations
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
High integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently
Collaborative team player with a positive, field-first attitude
Safety awareness and willingness to wear PPE when visiting field locations
