About the role

  • People & Culture Business Partner providing HR expertise in a multinational environment. Advising managers and supporting employees on complex personnel and organisational issues in Bonn, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers on organisational, role, team and leadership matters.
  • Support employees in complex personnel-related situations.
  • Structure HR issues across country and cultural boundaries.
  • Balance global HR guidelines with local legal and cultural requirements.
  • Prepare decision options and support implementation.
  • Work closely with People Operations, Legal and Finance.
  • Contribute to global HR frameworks (e.g. job architecture, performance processes).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR business partnering or a comparable HR role.
  • Experience in an international or multicultural environment.
  • Strong understanding of organisational dynamics, leadership and employee relations.
  • Solution- and system-oriented approach to work.
  • Clear, empathetic and confident communication style.
  • Fluent English and professional-level German required.
  • Experience with digital tools and AI is an advantage.
