Responsibilities
Advise managers on organisational, role, team and leadership matters.
Support employees in complex personnel-related situations.
Structure HR issues across country and cultural boundaries.
Balance global HR guidelines with local legal and cultural requirements.
Prepare decision options and support implementation.
Work closely with People Operations, Legal and Finance.
Contribute to global HR frameworks (e.g. job architecture, performance processes).
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR business partnering or a comparable HR role.
Experience in an international or multicultural environment.
Strong understanding of organisational dynamics, leadership and employee relations.
Solution- and system-oriented approach to work.
Clear, empathetic and confident communication style.
Fluent English and professional-level German required.
Experience with digital tools and AI is an advantage.
