About the role

  • Customer support student role providing support for leading telecom clients like Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone in Aachen. Focus on customer communication, problem-solving, and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Customer care and communication: You are the first point of contact for customers
  • Advice & support: You answer questions, resolve issues, and delight customers
  • Value-added sales: Every customer interaction is an opportunity
  • Multichannel communication: Whether via chat, email, or phone – you communicate professionally

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken German is essential for this role
  • You are a registered student and can support us for at least 12 hours per week
  • Strong communicator: You interact well with people and understand their needs
  • Empathy & helpfulness: You identify what customers need and find tailored solutions
  • Reliability & self-organisation: You stay composed and work reliably even in stressful situations
  • Experience? Not required! Whether you are switching fields or have prior customer contact experience – your motivation counts with us!
