About the role

  • Sales Enablement Specialist at Civica supporting sales teams and shaping learning initiatives for growth. Engaging with multiple teams to deliver foundational sales enablement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of key enablement programmes in partnership with Executive and Sales Leaders including initiatives that drive cross‑sell performance and pipeline generation.
  • Work closely with teams across the business (Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Strategy, People, and more) to help create sales content, tools, training materials, and onboarding resources.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to build high‑quality enablement content, engaging onboarding experiences, and training sessions that help our sales teams perform at their best.
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of a scalable Sales Enablement strategy that supports our go‑to‑market transformation across all verticals, ensuring consistency and commercial alignment.

Requirements

  • A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing several tasks at once in a fast‑moving environment.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career in Sales Enablement.
  • Practical experience supporting sales or commercial teams for example, creating content, coordinating campaigns, preparing sales materials, or assisting with sales enablement activities - highly desirable
