Responsibilities

  • Actively bring customers into the digital sales channel
  • Guide customers through the webshop process
  • Professional communication via email, Microsoft Teams, and telephone
  • Create and send digital quotes with a focus on securing online sales
  • Ensure smooth order processing and generation of quotes
  • Analyze customer and market feedback
  • Assess potential of new customers and forward to the appropriate team

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or vocational training (e.g., in eCommerce)
  • Several years of professional experience in digital sales or eCommerce
  • Efficient and transparent working in hybrid teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Service-oriented, friendly, and solution-focused
  • Strong digital affinity
