Technical Solution Sales Manager analyzing client needs and delivering Microsoft solutions for Skaylink. Collaborating closely with Account Management and Delivery teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
You strategically develop customers together with Account Management and act as a technical sparring partner in sales.
You analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into viable solution concepts within the Microsoft ecosystem.
You design, present and take responsibility for solutions around Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot.
You confidently and purposefully lead PreSales activities such as workshops, presentations and solution demos.
You prepare proposals including scope of services, effort estimations and commercially sound pricing.
You assess technical and commercial feasibility, support decision-making processes and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of experience in Technical Sales, PreSales or Solution Consulting.
You have a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and are technically confident in the Microsoft ecosystem—especially Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and ideally Copilot.
You are proficient in proposal preparation, commercial models and contractual contexts.
You explain complex technical topics clearly, in a structured and audience-appropriate manner.
You communicate fluently in German and English and work independently, with a team-oriented and solution-focused approach.
