About the role

  • Technical Solution Sales Manager analyzing client needs and delivering Microsoft solutions for Skaylink. Collaborating closely with Account Management and Delivery teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • You strategically develop customers together with Account Management and act as a technical sparring partner in sales.
  • You analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into viable solution concepts within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • You design, present and take responsibility for solutions around Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot.
  • You confidently and purposefully lead PreSales activities such as workshops, presentations and solution demos.
  • You prepare proposals including scope of services, effort estimations and commercially sound pricing.
  • You assess technical and commercial feasibility, support decision-making processes and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in Technical Sales, PreSales or Solution Consulting.
  • You have a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and are technically confident in the Microsoft ecosystem—especially Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and ideally Copilot.
  • You are proficient in proposal preparation, commercial models and contractual contexts.
  • You explain complex technical topics clearly, in a structured and audience-appropriate manner.
  • You communicate fluently in German and English and work independently, with a team-oriented and solution-focused approach.
