Customer Retention Manager handling B2C customers, guiding them through subscription renewals and options. Ensuring an excellent customer experience with personalized support and mobility solutions.
Responsibilities
As part of the B2C Retention team, you are the primary point of contact for our B2C existing customers.
You support them with renewing their current subscription or booking a follow-up subscription and provide individual, targeted advice — from suitable options and vehicle changes to our loyalty program.
With your sensitivity to customers' wishes and needs, you ensure they find the best possible mobility solution and enjoy a first-class customer experience.
Requirements
You enjoy customer contact and ideally have already gained initial experience in customer advisory, customer sales, or customer service. Entry-level candidates are also welcome!
You are service-oriented and work independently to resolve customer issues.
You are an excellent communicator — both written and verbal — and can easily adapt your style to different interlocutors.
You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable questioning existing processes and optimizing your work.
You are fluent in German and confident in English.
