Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day delivery of the Amisfield Wine Club and broader customer loyalty experience
Drive Wine Club growth, retention, and repeat purchasing through engagement-led initiatives
Create loyalty initiatives that encourage cross-selling across wine, restaurant, accommodation and golf experiences
Design and execute member communications, offers, and releases that convert to sales
Use customer insights and purchasing behaviour to increase engagement and reduce churn
Ensure a consistently premium experience across Cellar Door, restaurant, online, and delivery
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, hospitality, and golf teams to align loyalty activity with commercial outcomes
Requirements
Atleast 2 years’ experience in customer loyalty, DTC sales, CRM, or membership programs
Proven ability to convert customer experience into repeat and cross-category sales
Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
Confident using CRM and e-commerce platforms
Passion for premium wine, hospitality, and experience-led brands.
