About the role

  • Customer Loyalty & Wine Club Manager leading wine club and DTC customer experiences at Amisfield. Creating loyalty initiatives to drive engagement and sales across various segments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day delivery of the Amisfield Wine Club and broader customer loyalty experience
  • Drive Wine Club growth, retention, and repeat purchasing through engagement-led initiatives
  • Create loyalty initiatives that encourage cross-selling across wine, restaurant, accommodation and golf experiences
  • Design and execute member communications, offers, and releases that convert to sales
  • Use customer insights and purchasing behaviour to increase engagement and reduce churn
  • Ensure a consistently premium experience across Cellar Door, restaurant, online, and delivery
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, hospitality, and golf teams to align loyalty activity with commercial outcomes

Requirements

  • Atleast 2 years’ experience in customer loyalty, DTC sales, CRM, or membership programs
  • Proven ability to convert customer experience into repeat and cross-category sales
  • Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
  • Confident using CRM and e-commerce platforms
  • Passion for premium wine, hospitality, and experience-led brands.
