About the role

  • Customer Retention Specialist managing client relationships for Complyworks in Quebec. Ensuring customer satisfaction and demonstrating value in compliance solutions through effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and emails related to renewals and negotiations, using effective negotiation techniques to create win-win outcomes.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement.
  • Handle escalations with internal and external partners as needed.
  • Implement strategies and recommendations aimed at retaining customers and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and recommend the best-fit solutions to increase revenue and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and/or renewals roles.
  • Experience in both prospecting (hunting) and account management (farming) in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proven track record of success in customer retention.
  • Proficiency with MS Dynamics 365, Odoo or another CRM, as well as the MS365 suite.
