About the role

  • Join Fast Shop as an Analista de Pré-Vendas to generate leads and identify sales opportunities while collaborating with corporate clients across Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, and executing strategic outreach. Your role will focus on inbound and outbound prospecting of corporate clients nationwide, aiming to ensure a predictable and sustainable flow of qualified leads.
  • Define and structure the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), identifying characteristics, red flags, and customer challenges to analyze revenue data and likelihood of closing.
  • Build and update lists of new and inactive B2B accounts, segmenting based on the ICP and using data enrichment tools and criteria such as industry, region, company size, and job titles.
  • Run outbound email campaigns, crafting personalized, clear, and concise messages optimized for mobile devices, and monitor response rates.
  • Conduct discovery calls with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, handle objections, and define next steps.
  • Smoothly hand off qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team based on qualification criteria such as decision-making authority and level of interest.
  • Contribute to the onboarding and development of new SDRs by coaching on sales best practices and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields.
  • Experience in pre-sales or as an SDR.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with common software tools (MS Office) and social media platforms.
