Responsibilities
- Identifying growth initiatives using customer acquisition, credit score data, and approval strategies.
- Analyze customer acquisition, retention, and monetization trends with a focus on credit risk segmentation.
- Build Customer Lifetime Value, credit risk modeling.
- Build scenario models to evaluate growth strategies under varying risk conditions.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess portfolio impact and mitigate potential losses.
- Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve conversion and risk-adjusted returns.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to optimize credit decisioning and product performance.
- Partner with Risk, Product, and Finance teams to align growth initiatives with credit policies and compliance requirements.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years in growth analytics, credit risk, or financial services analytics.
- Experience using credit scoring models and risk frameworks in decision-making.
- Strong background in machine learning models, optimization techniques and scenario modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with credit risk modeling, predictive analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
- Strategic thinker with strong business and risk acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
