Responsibilities
Align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees.
Improve work relationships, build engagement, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide day-to-day performance and talent management guidance and HR policy interpretation to leadership.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group and leadership to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Support the development and execution of key programs and initiatives, including Inclusion and Diversity plans and employee engagement.
Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
7 years of HR Business Partner experience partnering with executives in multiple disciplines or related strategic HR experience
Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution, relationship building and customer service
Skilled in guiding and supporting leadership through change management
Proficient in organizational design and workforce planning
Strong business acumen
Strong analytical skills with the ability to take direct ownership of interpreting data and using data to influence decision making
Expert knowledge and understanding of local, state and federal laws concerning labor relations.
