About the role

  • HR Business Partner aligning business objectives with executives and leading HR initiatives for diverse teams. Partnering with management to improve workplace culture and drive strategic HR goals.

Responsibilities

  • Align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
  • Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees.
  • Improve work relationships, build engagement, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide day-to-day performance and talent management guidance and HR policy interpretation to leadership.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group and leadership to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Support the development and execution of key programs and initiatives, including Inclusion and Diversity plans and employee engagement.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 7 years of HR Business Partner experience partnering with executives in multiple disciplines or related strategic HR experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution, relationship building and customer service
  • Skilled in guiding and supporting leadership through change management
  • Proficient in organizational design and workforce planning
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to take direct ownership of interpreting data and using data to influence decision making
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of local, state and federal laws concerning labor relations.
  • PHR, SPHR or other HR certification
