Responsibilities
Be a positive first point of contact for HR enquiries
Conduct reference and background checks
Assist with end-to-end Recruitment processes for seasonal roles
Maintain accurate personnel records using our in-house HRIS
Schedule interviews and meetings
Assist with coordinating internal events and initiatives
Contribute to HR projects as required
Provide operational support across a range of HR functions and processes
Perform general administrative tasks to support the HR team
Requirements
A degree in Human Resources or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in a professional or administrative environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and open to guidance
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
A desire to build strong relationships with stakeholders
A genuine interest in learning and growing your HR career.
