About the role

  • HR Administrator supporting the HR team at Etax Accountants and assisting with HR operations and recruitment processes. Aiming to develop HR skills in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be a positive first point of contact for HR enquiries
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Assist with end-to-end Recruitment processes for seasonal roles
  • Maintain accurate personnel records using our in-house HRIS
  • Schedule interviews and meetings
  • Assist with coordinating internal events and initiatives
  • Contribute to HR projects as required
  • Provide operational support across a range of HR functions and processes
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the HR team

Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional or administrative environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and open to guidance
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • A desire to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • A genuine interest in learning and growing your HR career.
