About the role
- HR Associate supporting HR Shared Services with transactional processes and employee records management. Engaging in daily HR operations while ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HR databases, employee records, training data, eLearning materials, reward and recognition data, and HR reports.
- Prepare and process transactional HR activities to support daily HR operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of both system‑based and manual tasks, meeting integrity and audit requirements.
- Manage purchase orders and support effective service delivery within agreed SLAs.
- Resolve queries in line with SLAs and escalate complex cases to the Team Leader when required.
- Provide inputs for the preparation of HR reports.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Customer-focused with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Confident using MS Office and comfortable with digital HR systems.
- Able to work with consistency, meet deadlines, and manage routine processes reliably.
