About the role

  • HR Coordinator responsible for administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding. Collaborating with the HR Business Partner Team in a global healthcare company.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for employees and managers on administrative HR matters
  • Independently manage all HR processes across the employee life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding
  • Draft and prepare employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documents
  • Prepare documentation for the works council
  • Maintain and update employee data in our HR systems
  • Manage all payroll-relevant data for internal payroll processing
  • Support the Head of Global HR with organizational matters and projects
  • Work closely with HR colleagues in day-to-day operations
  • Contribute to the improvement and simplification of existing HR processes
  • Proactively contribute in daily operations and identify organizational needs at an early stage

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or degree, e.g., in HR, business administration, or public administration
  • Experience in administrative HR work or a comparable coordinating role
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Personio, SAP) is a plus
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
  • Proactive, positive personality with an eye for detail
  • Team player with a pragmatic, hands-on mentality
