About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner managing recruitment lifecycle across Commercial teams at Enfuce. Collaborating with hiring managers to align talent strategies with business goals in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle across Commercial teams
  • Engage with hiring managers to understand business goals and craft talent-focused initiatives
  • Educate and up-skill hiring teams on best recruitment practices
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates throughout their recruitment journey
  • Partner with managers to agree on job-specific assessment criteria
  • Interview and qualify candidates based on experience and cultural fit
  • Proactively source for specialist vacancies
  • Collaborate with the wider People team on recruitment and employer branding projects

Requirements

  • Experience owning end-to-end recruitment in a scale-up environment
  • Strong background in outbound recruitment and headhunting
  • Hands-on experience working with ATS and internal tools such as TeamTailor, Personio, Notion, Slack, and Google Docs
  • Advanced talent sourcing capability
  • Solid understanding of EMEA labour law and best-practice hiring frameworks
