Requirements
- Experience owning end-to-end recruitment in a scale-up environment
- Strong background in outbound recruitment and headhunting
- Hands-on experience working with ATS and internal tools such as TeamTailor, Personio, Notion, Slack, and Google Docs
- Advanced talent sourcing capability
- Solid understanding of EMEA labour law and best-practice hiring frameworks
