Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment lifecycle across Commercial teams
Engage with hiring managers to understand business goals and craft talent-focused initiatives
Educate and up-skill hiring teams on best recruitment practices
Act as the first point of contact for candidates throughout their recruitment journey
Partner with managers to agree on job-specific assessment criteria
Interview and qualify candidates based on experience and cultural fit
Proactively source for specialist vacancies
Collaborate with the wider People team on recruitment and employer branding projects
Requirements
Experience owning end-to-end recruitment in a scale-up environment
Strong background in outbound recruitment and headhunting
Hands-on experience working with ATS and internal tools such as TeamTailor, Personio, Notion, Slack, and Google Docs
Advanced talent sourcing capability
Solid understanding of EMEA labour law and best-practice hiring frameworks
