Responsibilities
Lead the Growth team with a focus on development, coaching, prioritization, and operational excellence;
Establish the team's rituals;
Ensure alignment with Product, PMM, CRM, Brand, Customer Support, and Tech teams;
Allocate tasks ensuring delivery quality and driving individual and team performance;
Train the team in best practices for media, testing, and a culture of experimentation;
Define the strategic growth plan for Aqui Ads;
Prioritize the experiment roadmap with clear hypotheses, defined KPIs, and impact projections;
Use quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions and identify scaling opportunities;
Ensure continuous improvement of acquisition and activation funnels;
Lead full-funnel performance media strategy;
Build and test creatives, landing pages, audiences, and flows;
Run A/B tests and continuous experiments to improve conversion;
Optimize campaigns to ensure efficiency, reduce CAC, and achieve positive ROI;
Influence product improvements based on media and behavioral insights;
Build dashboards, monitor weekly pacing, and ensure funnel predictability;
Structure flows, playbooks, and media & growth best practices aimed at SMEs;
Manage external partners, vendors, creative studios, and automation platforms;
Create a clear, repeatable documentation cadence so the team can operate autonomously.
Requirements
Proven experience in performance media and growth;
Experience leading or coordinating teams, focused on development and delivery;
Ability to connect strategy and execution clearly, with strong prioritization;
Proficiency in paid and organic media tools and strategies;
Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into action;
Familiarity with dashboards and tools such as Looker Studio, GA4, Mixpanel, or similar;
Experience with SMEs, marketplaces, or SaaS is a valuable plus.
