Responsibilities
Conduct internal and external recruitment and selection processes;
Maintain close engagement with the business and internal clients to manage conflicts and support development;
Support managers in team development and monitor workplace climate;
Act strategically, aligning and implementing development initiatives for people with a focus on business needs;
Ensure execution of corporate programs and onboarding/integration activities;
Responsible for promoting and disseminating the company’s culture and values;
Serve as an internal communications agent;
Manage area indicators/KPIs and prepare action plans;
Hold calibration meetings for performance management and map future successors (9-box matrix);
Develop leadership training in line with the cultural transformation;
Conduct compensation analysis and prepare job descriptions;
Responsible for the People Committee;
Support initiatives related to employee engagement and workplace climate.
Requirements
University degree completed (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent);
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors is desirable.
