Responsibilities
- Complete training needs analysis for various teams and design appropriate pedagogical strategies and develop training plans
- Create material to support stakeholders in their learning process
- Coordinate a design and facilitation project
- Facilitate pilot and training sessions
- Respond to questions and provide post-training support to learners
- Assess learners progress and skills development
- Conduct annual maintenance on existing courses based on learner feedback or changes to organizational guidelines or process
- Use effective techniques in training documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Advanced knowledge of instructional design and adult learning practices
