Responsibilities
Partners and supports key initiatives through various tasks, projects and assignments for an organization's learning and talent development programs
Supports various initiatives for learning and talent programs, processes and policies according to organizational human resources strategies
Designs, develops and delivers a variety of learning and talent development programs to live audiences both in-person and virtually
Provides on-going support to monitor progress and evaluate learning and talent development strategy effectiveness
Develops strategic relationships with both internal and external partners, collaborating effectively
Drives innovation by applying current trends, improving tools, and fostering a growth mindset
Requirements
2+ years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor’s degree (Required)
Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions
Ability to assess and effectively manage all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities
