About the role

- Lead onboarding, mentoring, and coaching to support employee development.

- Identify skill gaps and collaborate on corrective training plans.
- Maintain training records, including attendance and assessments.
- Align training strategies with company goals through regular collaboration with leadership.
- Travel to field locations (60-70%) to provide hands-on training and support.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in training, education, or related field
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools
- Ability to adapt training for diverse learners and styles
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience in long-term care or healthcare.
