About the role

  • Assistant Vice President, Enterprise Learning & Development at Zurich Canada. Leading enterprise learning strategy, governance, and operational oversight for learning initiatives and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of learning professionals
  • Set the enterprise learning strategy and roadmap
  • Build and run a scalable learning service delivery model
  • Establish enterprise design and delivery standards
  • Define measurement and reporting to evaluate adoption and outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 or more years of experience in Learning & Development
  • 5 or more years of people leadership experience
  • Experience in performance consulting / human performance improvement
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
