About the role

  • Learning & Talent Development Specialist supporting HR initiatives with in-person and virtual training. Fostering an inclusive workplace culture and developing talent programs for organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Partners and supports key initiatives through various tasks, projects and assignments for an organization's learning and talent development programs
  • Supports various initiatives for learning and talent programs, processes and policies according to organizational human resources strategies and in support of achieving business outcomes
  • Designs, develops and delivers a variety of learning and talent development programs to live audiences both in-person and virtually
  • May provide stand-up classroom instruction in person and/or virtually to employees, managers and senior leaders across the enterprise
  • Provides on-going support to monitor progress and evaluate learning and talent development strategy effectiveness
  • Develops strategic relationships with both internal and external partners, collaborating effectively
  • Drives innovation by applying current trends, improving tools, and fostering a growth mindset

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • university / college degree (or equivalent experience)
