Responsibilities
End to End recruitment in Philippines, Australia and New Zealand region
Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by roles through varies sourcing strategies including passive candidate sourcing and leveraging on social media
Build networks to keep updated with candidate, skills market trend, find and stay connected with passive candidates with relevant skills
Ability to manage full cycle of recruitment efforts, process and providing great hiring manager and candidates experience
Primary focus will be passive sourcing for highly technical roles
Create and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements gathering with stakeholders including hiring teams in ANZ to understand role specifics
Provide consultative advice to hiring teams on Asia employment market
Proactively identify improvement opportunities to the recruitment life cycle**
Requirements
Proven track record in passive candidate sourcing, technical hiring is a huge advantage
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
Ability to deliver under pressure and to work on multiple roles at the same time
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
