About the role

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries across chat, email, or phone, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and information thoroughly in Cummins systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Resolve routine customer issues efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve response processes.
  • Escalate complex or non-routine inquiries with clear documentation to ensure timely resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other teams to achieve shared objectives and consistent service.
  • Continuously learn Cummins processes, systems, and practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Contribute to maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required.
