About the role

  • Lead organizational transformation initiatives in support of the overall business objectives
  • Champion change management programs that align people, culture, and our customer-first mindset
  • Oversee the efficient delivery of all people-related initiatives
  • Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate talent needs and develop robust workforce plans
  • Design and implement leadership and succession planning programs
  • Leverage technology and data analytics to drive HR decision-making
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team
  • Ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory regulations

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Proven track record in leading HR transformation, change management, and digitalization initiatives
  • Experience in the infrastructure and/or digital/technology sectors is highly preferred
  • Deep understanding of the Indian labor market, employment laws, and cultural dynamics
  • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to influence at the highest levels
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, diverse HR teams.
