About the role
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives in support of the overall business objectives
- Champion change management programs that align people, culture, and our customer-first mindset
- Oversee the efficient delivery of all people-related initiatives
- Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate talent needs and develop robust workforce plans
- Design and implement leadership and succession planning programs
- Leverage technology and data analytics to drive HR decision-making
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team
- Ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory regulations
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Proven track record in leading HR transformation, change management, and digitalization initiatives
- Experience in the infrastructure and/or digital/technology sectors is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of the Indian labor market, employment laws, and cultural dynamics
- Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to influence at the highest levels
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, diverse HR teams.
