About the role

  • Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist at leading technology and consulting firm. Shaping and managing total rewards framework to ensure employee value and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and execution of total rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market competitiveness, and organizational culture.
  • Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and market analysis, proactively tracking trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance reward programs.
  • Oversee all compensation processes, including annual compensation reviews, merit increases, bonus programs, and long-term incentives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local laws.
  • Design and implement innovative benefits programs and employee perks, fostering engagement, well-being, and retention
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Managers, and People Analytics teams to develop data-driven tools, dashboards, and insights for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor business performance and strategy, ensuring compensation processes are aligned, effective, and fit for purpose.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, proactively recommending solutions, sharing market insights, and suggesting business-aligned improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, including managing full compensation review cycles.
  • Experience with salary surveys, benchmarking, and total rewards strategy, understanding market tools and current trends.
  • Ability to design and implement compensation strategies, including short- and long-term incentive programs.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, able to convert data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in designing processes and solutions from scratch, implementing them successfully and managing change.
  • Innovative and proactive mindset, consistently generating ideas, proposing solutions, and challenging the status quo.
  • Business-savvy perspective, understanding organizational priorities and delivering practical, realistic, and effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and collaborating with executives and business leaders.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
