About the role

  • Sales Development Representative influencing industrial companies through AI-powered forecasting for procurement and planning. Boosting sales strategy from Porto office with future remote opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize target companies based on clear criteria: industrial players with €100M–€1B revenue and strong exposure to raw material price volatility.
  • Map key stakeholders within each company, such as CEO, CFO, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales — and tailor your approach for each role.
  • Build and test multi-touch outbound campaigns, using cold calls and emails guided by hypotheses you measure and refine.
  • Lead conversations using specific real-world scenarios, like planning or procurement challenges — your goal is to guide them toward pilot projects ("Simulate 2024").
  • Qualify leads step-by-step, from initial interest to decision stage — and document patterns such as objections or blockers along the way.
  • Share your market insights with the founders, helping refine the product story and messaging based on what resonates in real conversations.
  • Create a repeatable system for securing discovery calls and pilot projects with top-tier industrial clients.

Requirements

  • Experience with outbound B2B sales is a strong plus — but not required if you bring the right energy and mindset.
  • You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and figure things out as you go — what matters most is your drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn by doing.
  • You communicate clearly and concisely: in writing, on the phone, and with professional target groups.
  • English at C1 level is required; proficiency in another European language at C level is a bonus.
  • You enjoy testing and improving things: you work with hypotheses, track what works, and continuously refine.
  • You’re open to learning about industrial markets, from raw material volatility to procurement and supply chain dynamics.
  • As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’re hands-on, self-driven, and ready to build something repeatable from scratch.
  • You take notes, structure your CRM, and build learning loops.
  • You’re not here to wait for leads – you create them.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary from €40,000 gross: You’ll start with a strong full-time salary package, with performance bonuses for every qualified meeting you secure — providing a direct link between results and rewards.
  • Startup ownership: You’ll have full freedom to design, test, and optimize outbound campaigns that truly convert.
  • Relocation support: For your on-site onboarding or if you decide to move to Porto, you will receive assistance with logistics, housing, and onboarding connections to make the move smooth.
  • Modern office in Porto: Work from a bright, well-equipped office in Maia, just outside Porto, with good access and infrastructure.
  • On-site start with remote option: You’ll begin on-site to build rhythm and results — then earn remote flexibility through strong performance.
  • Meal subsidy and full setup: Daily meal support and modern hardware ensure you’re fully equipped from day one.
  • Flat hierarchy, high impact: Report directly to the founders and help shape sales strategy through real-time market feedback.
  • Onboarding with real support: A dedicated team and founder access ensure you’re not left figuring things out alone.
  • Team culture: Join a small, international team with regular events like BBQs, game nights, and informal after-work hangouts.
