Responsibilities
You support strategic projects at country and regional level across Europe — from analysis and conceptualization to preparation of decision papers for management.
You develop a deep understanding of country-specific market, competitive and business models and prepare analyses and decision-making materials.
You coordinate international and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Country Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affairs) and ensure transparency on status, content and next steps.
You help translate market trends, opportunities and risks into concrete strategic questions and initiatives.
You build robust business cases, financial models and scenario analyses (e.g., investment calculations, ROI assessments).
You prepare management and decision-making documents, including clear storylines, recommendations for action and data-driven arguments.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Engineering or a comparable qualification.
Some to several years of experience in Business Development, Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy or a comparable strategic environment — ideally in MedTech, Pharma or Healthcare.
Initial experience contributing to strategic projects (e.g., market analyses, business cases, project coordination).
