About the role

  • Business Development Intern supporting expansion efforts in B2B sales within media and real estate technology. Engaging directly with property owners and decision-makers while building crucial sales skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to property owners, operators, and management groups
  • Support lead generation and market research across target territories
  • Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and industry databases
  • Assist with cold outreach campaigns (email + phone)
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales executives
  • Track activity and performance metrics in CRM
  • Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions

Requirements

  • Recent Graduate or graduating senior currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields
  • Strong communicator with confidence speaking to industry professionals within the real estate space
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and high-activity environments
  • Coachable and eager to receive feedback
  • Prior sales, leadership, athletics, or customer-facing experience is a plus
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Chinese (Mandarin) language proficiency is preferred
