Responsibilities
Coordinate the area responsible for launching a new Natural Iconic Attraction, from land prospecting to the conceptual project (masterplan), involving all necessary departments to ensure the success of new products in the market.
Conduct analysis of potential cities and regions with high tourism demand together with the Market Intelligence team, as well as prospect new land opportunities for the implementation of a new business with the service provider, analyzing variables relevant to our business, researching market trends, and visiting potential sites for subsequent validation with Executive Management and stakeholders, aiming for sustainable growth and revenue generation.
Develop new projects and attractions in collaboration with the Area Specialist and Technical Directorate, preparing a conceptual site study that outlines possible on-site attractions, business plans, budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan.
Prepare and analyze the project's financial model (business plan) together with the area's Financial Analyst to support project-related decisions, using a financial model pre-established by the finance department and assumptions developed through discussion with Marketing, other related areas and company leadership, ensuring alignment with the company's minimum profitability targets and strategic planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields;
Advanced Excel;
Advanced PowerPoint (executive presentations);
Intermediate Power BI;
Experience in business development, prospecting or feasibility analysis;
Proven experience in people leadership.
