About the role

  • Business Development Representative facilitating meetings and demos at an AI-powered legal platform. Engaging customers and driving sales cycles for Doctrine's innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Highlight Doctrine’s value proposition to set up meetings and demos with Account Executives
  • Identify potential customers and gather relevant information about them
  • Qualify and understand prospects’ needs in order to accelerate the sales cycle
  • Engage key decision-makers in the selection of the Doctrine solution
  • Ensure a strong level of information and documentation on the market, prospects, and opportunities
  • Coordinate with Doctrine’s Sales team and Marketing to optimize the lead acquisition strategy
  • Train in qualification, prospecting, and sales techniques
  • Represent Doctrine at the many events organized by Marketing

Requirements

  • You have some initial experience in sales, customer support, or any role involving frequent customer interaction. Experience in a B2B SaaS company is a plus. In any case, you’re highly motivated to develop your sales skills!
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and you are an Italian native speaker. You’re an active listener, empathetic, precise, and direct.
  • Well-organized and self-driven, you can easily multitask and prioritize your work effectively.
  • You enjoy debating and persuading people, and picking up the phone doesn’t scare you.
  • You’re motivated by incentives and excited by the challenge of uncapped variable compensation.
  • Knowledge of a CRM, especially Salesforce, is a plus.
