Responsibilities
You plan and coordinate outbound meetings through a smart combination of emails, social outreach, networking, and your own research.
In discovery conversations with prospective customers, you precisely identify their needs and pain points to develop an optimal sales strategy.
You work closely with our Sales Managers to ensure a smooth customer journey.
You build long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
You maintain and update customer data in HubSpot to ensure an accurate and up-to-date database.
Your ongoing feedback helps the marketing team improve lead quality and campaign performance.
You monitor market trends and developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
You establish valuable customer relationships early on that will benefit you later as a Sales Manager.
Requirements
You have at least 2 years of sales experience, particularly in lead generation and acquisition.
You want to develop professionally and are highly interested in working with customers nationally and internationally.
German language skills are a must — English skills are a strong advantage.
You demonstrate strong communication skills and an ability to think in a structured, interconnected way.
You are open-minded, curious, and eager to learn, and you maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
