About the role

  • Sales Development Representative coordinating outbound meetings and developing sales strategies for Collaboard's online whiteboard application. Collaborating closely with Sales Managers to ensure smooth customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • You plan and coordinate outbound meetings through a smart combination of emails, social outreach, networking, and your own research.
  • In discovery conversations with prospective customers, you precisely identify their needs and pain points to develop an optimal sales strategy.
  • You work closely with our Sales Managers to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • You build long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
  • You maintain and update customer data in HubSpot to ensure an accurate and up-to-date database.
  • Your ongoing feedback helps the marketing team improve lead quality and campaign performance.
  • You monitor market trends and developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
  • You establish valuable customer relationships early on that will benefit you later as a Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of sales experience, particularly in lead generation and acquisition.
  • You want to develop professionally and are highly interested in working with customers nationally and internationally.
  • German language skills are a must — English skills are a strong advantage.
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and an ability to think in a structured, interconnected way.
  • You are open-minded, curious, and eager to learn, and you maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
