About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build a qualified pipeline through consistent cold calling
  • Multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Structured ICP and account strategy
  • The primary goal is to initiate conversations — not just send emails
  • 30–50 structured cold calls per day (quality > quantity)
  • Build and maintain ICP account lists
  • Buying-center mapping
  • Schedule qualified initial meetings
  • Close coordination with Account Executives (briefing & feedback)
  • Documentation in the CRM
  • Continuous optimization of messaging & call scripts

Requirements

  • Proven cold-calling experience in a B2B environment
  • Excellent phone-based conversational skills
  • Affinity for AI
  • Clear, precise communication
  • High frustration tolerance / resilience
  • KPI-oriented
  • Structured way of working
  • Business-fluent in German and English
