About the role

  • SDR Inbound Marketing handling inbound lead qualification for CIAL Dun & Bradstreet. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead conversion and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: Respond to and qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns, events, gated content, digital inbound and other sources.
  • First Contact: Make initial contact with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email or other channels to understand context, assess needs, and validate the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Initial Diagnosis: Identify fit with CIAL Dun & Bradstreet solutions using established qualification frameworks refined by the company.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Book meetings with Sales Executives for qualified leads, providing context and relevant information to advance the opportunity.
  • CRM Lead Management: Update and manage all lead interactions, activities and information in the company’s CRM.
  • Speed of Response: Ensure prompt follow-up and handling of incoming leads, prioritizing higher-potential opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Marketing and Product Specialists to improve campaign and workflow quality, continuously refining qualification flows and conversion rates.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training and stay up to date on company products, sales best practices and B2B market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Relations or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, SDR or lead qualification, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments and with inbound processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sales and qualification techniques.
  • Experience with CRMs (RD Station and Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with lead management, automation or sales engagement tools.
  • Analytical ability to understand the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and prioritize opportunities.
  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
  • Proactivity, curiosity and ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales.
