• A Learning Experience Designer plays a pivotal role in the end-to-end lifecycle of product knowledge.
• This role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, designing, and developing high-quality documentation and innovative training courses for both internal and external audiences.
• This person bridges the gap between complex engineering concepts and user-friendly learning, creating everything from technical user manuals and online help systems to engaging e-learning modules and instructional videos.
• The role’s mission is to ensure that every Actabl user—regardless of technical proficiency—has the resources they need to master our products.
• Write, format, edit, and proofread procedural and technical information.
• Design engaging online course content using text, graphics, and interactive elements.
• Work with Actabl Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), engineers, and R&D to gather technical information and translate complex functionality into accessible concepts.
