About the role

  • Support the HR Operations Representatives through coaching and mentoring
  • Focus on compliance of critical programs such as I-9 management and unemployment compensation
  • Serve as an escalation point for major service issues or trends
  • Play a critical role in the success of service improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a service center environment
  • Additional consideration given for PHR/SHRM-CP certification or experience managing program compliance
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 to up to 5 years of knowledge acquired through work experience
