About the role

  • Assist with daily administrative work, including meeting preparation and document organization, to ensure smooth office processes.
  • Support the organization of company team-building activities, employee benefits and other events to enhance team cohesion.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental administrative needs, and perform effective communication, coordination and information synchronization.
  • Complete other temporary administrative tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

  • 2025 fresh graduate with bachelor's degree or above; no major restriction, priority given to candidates majoring in Administrative Management, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Intelligent and flexible, with strong learning ability, able to quickly adapt to the work rhythm, and good at observing and solving problems.
  • Excellent English proficiency (CET-6 or above), with fluent oral communication and proficient written translation skills to cope with English working scenarios.
  • Meticulous and rigorous, responsible, with good communication and coordination skills and team spirit.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel and PPT, and master basic office skills.
