About the role

  • Administrative Associate providing technical support regarding self-directed budgets for individuals with developmental disabilities. Ensuring budget compliance and customer service in a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

  • Review program expenditures to ensure optimal budget utilization.
  • Ensure Medicaid billing standards are met through a review of service delivery documentation.
  • Review employee timesheets, monthly summary notes, mileage and expense reimbursement forms, and all other documentation.
  • Triaging a high call volume, email communications, and data entry.
  • Provide incredible care and support via a caseload of individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families who utilize AIM services.
  • Support participant onboarding and budget launch.
  • Maintain expertise in eligibility, enrollment, and program specification for various programs.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree in business, health, human services, or finance.
  • The candidate will also be considered with a high school diploma or equivalent and have professional experience working with budgets and computerized systems such as Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • This position requires a high degree of customer service and ensures best practices are carried out to achieve service effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Must have strong fiscal experience with budgets, spreadsheets, expenses, and reimbursements.
  • Dependable vehicle and acceptable driving record.
