Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate commitment to responsibilities, including regular attendance, punctuality, and completion of assigned tasks
  • Contribute to your team/department whenever you identify opportunities for improvement
  • Follow the schedule of activities that make up the established Apprenticeship program
  • Develop professionally to achieve the program's objectives by applying the knowledge acquired
  • Perform supervised administrative tasks such as filing, checking lists, data entry and routing of documents, verifying and receiving documents, monitoring reports, telephone and in-person reception, and other departmental activities

Requirements

  • Completed high school (high school diploma or equivalent)
  • Basic computer skills
