Responsibilities
Drive cross-functional initiatives across Cloudflare One GTM
Partner with Product, Sales, Support, and Professional Services teams
Contribute to and track key SASE growth KPIs
Measure tactical and strategic campaign insights
Manage data-driven signals and tools roadmap
Support and build new strategic programs
Long-term strategic vision setting for the Cloudflare One GTM team
Own and manage multiple high-priority projects
Requirements
6+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, revenue operations, or product operations
Strong sense of ownership; initiative and independence in managing time effectively
Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Highly customer-centric mindset with curiosity about technical products
Comfortable working under pressure and able to adjust priorities for deadlines
Proven ability to nurture customer relationships over time
Data-driven proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for decision-making
Prior experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau, BigQuery, or BoostUp is a plus
